Dwarven Regicide Antidote is an item required for the quest Exotic Methods. It requires Master Herbalism in order to brew.
The "secondary and unintentional" effects of the potion, are that it cures both the sleep and paralysis effects on the drinker (however, it remains a mystery how anyone would be able to imbibe the potion in any of those conditions).
