Duncan's Dagger can be looted off the corpse of the Risen Ogre at the end of the Return to Ostagar downloadable content.
Note: This is a leveled item, so it's material type would change depending on the character's level at the time of looting.
History
This was the dagger carried by your Grey Warden mentor Duncan, slain at the Battle of Ostagar. It was left buried in the corpse of the ogre that killed King Cailan and then finally Duncan.
Trivia
Despite various cut scenes where Duncan's weapons seems to change models, when equipped this item has the standard iron dagger model.
