Dumat's Ritual Scroll is a plot item in Dragon Age II.
Acquisition
It is found on the upper level of a two-tiered catwalk just north of the Altar of Dumat in the Tower Base.
The accompanying note reads:
(The writing on this ancient parchment is barely legible, but it appears to concern a Rite of Silence.)
Place the offerings on the altar, then kneel before it. With abject humility, head bowed and hands clasped, say:
"These are our offerings, O Lord of Silence."
Involvement
It is one of the four Tevinter artifacts Hawke must find to complete the ritual for Altar of Dumat, an optional side quest in the Legacy DLC for Dragon Age II.
