Earn the Varterral's Fall achievement (Witch Hunt) to unlock Dragonbone Cleaver.

Notes

• This weapon is found among the chests prior to the fight against the Varterral during the DLC play though.
• The Dragonbone Cleaver doesn't import into Awakening. A new Dragonebone Cleaver with improved stats appears in your inventory instead. It might be wise to remove runes from it before importing your character into Awakening.
