Notes[]
- This spell, with or without the upgrade, is not considered an offensive spell, so it can be cast while Healing Aura or Panacea are active.
- This spell neutralizes the healing aura produced by enemy Commanders, despite not technically being "magic." This plus the spell's low cost and short cooldown time make it useful on Hard and Nightmare difficulty for removing this where stun is not readily available. However, it should be cast on the commander themselves for best results, and it should not be cast until after the aura has ringed the ground around the enemies; doing so beforehand will cause the commander to immediately begin twirling their sword to cast the aura again. Additionally, Nightmare difficulty reduces enemy ability cooldowns enough that the commanders can simply cast the aura again only a few seconds after dispelling, before even Dispel Magic's cooldown has elapsed, thus the spell should be alternated with spells like Horror and Petrify for best results.
