Weapons coated in this substance have a significant chance of dispelling magical effects on the target with each hit.
Bugs[]
This coating does nothing as the script checks for the effect ID of Elemental Coating instead of Dispel Coating (401013 instead of 401012). This is why Elemental Coating applies dispel instead of its intended effect. A fix is included in Dain's Fixes.
