Desperate Haven is a quest received from the Chanter's Board.
Background
A group of refugees is fleeing the darkspawn, and the Chantry would like The Warden to assist them, if possible.
Walkthrough
Go to the region marked on your map to see if there is anyone left to rescue from the darkspawn invaders.
After accepting the quest, a new location on the World Map entitled Refugees will appear. Travel to it, and fight off a large group of darkspawn in defense of the refugees.
Once all of the darkspawn are dead (regardless of refugee survivors), return to any Chantry representative for a reward. While it is possible to save some of the refugees the reward is not effected.
