Czibor is the Shaper of Memories in Orzammar during the events of the Fifth Blight.
Background
His family is related to House Harrowmont, according to Vartag Gavorn.
Czibor's full title is "Lord Shaper", which may allude to his heritage as part of the dwarven nobility, or this title may simply be an honorific amongst the dwarves.
Involvement
When the Warden first speaks to Shaper Czibor, the latter declares that the occasion of her/his visit to Orzammar has been entered into the Memories. The Lord Shaper gladly discusses various aspects of the Orzammar's history and society with the Warden—even the caste system. If the Warden is of Dwarf Noble Origin the Shaper will chide him/her for not paying attention to their lessons if they ask many questions. The Shaper will also tell a dwarf noble Warden that he is no longer their Shaper as Orzammar is no longer their home.[2]
