The Crossroads Refugee is an elf residing at the Crossroads.
Background[]
The refugee was employed by Master Dennet at Redcliffe Farms but was sent the Crossroads with his wife and son for safety concerns due to the outbreak of Mage-Templar War.
Involvement[]
The elf can be found walking around the Crossroads once it has been claimed. He is extremely worried about his wife as she is having difficulty breathing and is on the brink of death. The refugee asks the Herald to assist him in tracking down his son Hyndel, who has gone off to live with the people in the mountains,[1] to concoct a potion that will aid her.
If the Herald decides to help him, they will be sent to Winterwatch Tower to track him down. A letter left for Hyndel's father describing where he has gone can be read inside one of the nearby homes. Additionally the letter explains that Hyndel agreed with their religious beliefs and that the tower was a safe haven from those affiliated by the Mage-Templar War.[1]
