Cowl of the Silent One is a Helmet in Dragon Age II - Legacy. It is part of the Regalia of Weisshaupt set for mages.
Acquisition
The location of the Cowl of the Silent One varies, depending on whether Hawke sides with either Larius or Janeka in the decision relating to the treatment of Corypheus.
- Corypheus's Prison - Riannon's Floor (if you sided with Larius) or
- Corypheus's Prison - Daneken's Floor (if you sided with Janeka)
In each case, the Cowl is in a chest in the room towards the north of the map. The room will be protected by magical barriers which have to be de-activated. The Room which the cap is in if Hawke sided with Larius it is in a room that looks like a 3 chambered rib cage on the map.
- In Riannon's Floor, you need to first activate all of the Power Nexuses in the level. Then return to the main circular room with the moveable pillars. Align the pillars so that EACH (3 of 4 nessary) of the coloured power streams change to light grey.
You will also recive an XP reward as soon as the colour streams change to light grey.
- In Daneken's Floor, you must work your way through the maze of barriers, using Janeka's ability to activate Power Nexuses to remove the barriers in the way.
