“He's threatened death if they refuse him again. Collectively and individually. Along with their Vassals”
The Council of Heralds Vassal is a member of the Council of Heralds.
Involvement[]
He along with several members of the Council are attending the peace talks between Empress Celene, Grand Duke Gaspard and Ambassador Briala to end the War of the Lions. The Inquisitor can meet him in the Guest Wing of the Winter Palace, where the vassal complains that Philippe was assigned to protect him but abandoned his duty during the evening. The vassal believes that Philippe left him to spend time with a serving girl, leaving the vassal to deal with the Grand Duke's vitriol alone. He admits he might even complain to the Dowager to have Phillippe taught a lesson.
If the Inquisitor agrees and tells the vassal that Philippe is a jerk, he thanks them for listening to his rant which grants court approval.
The Inquisitor can also ask from him the reason why Grand Duke Gaspard threatened him. The vassal tells the Inquisitor that the Duke holds a grudge against the Council for refusing him the crown and that he has threatened them with death if they refuse him again, collectively and individually, along with their vassals.
