Commander's Plate Boots are massive boots in Dragon Age: Origins. These boots are part of the Commander's Plate armor set.
Acquisition[]
- A pair of these boots can be found right at the start of the game in the Korcari Wilds. As this is a rare drop, you may have to try multiple times, so it is advisable to make a backup save before speaking to the guard stationed at the Korcari Wilds gate in Ostagar as the items are set at the first instance you enter the Wilds.
The chest that possibly contains the Commander's Plate Boots is the one situated at the bottom left of the Korcari Wilds map, in between two large statues, guarded by a large pack of wolves including an Alpha wolf. Chest also contains Chasind Flatblade.
Note: If you open this chest without first activating The Missionary side-quest by examining Missionary Jogby's body, you will not be able to complete this side-quest. Ensure that you activate this quest first, and then open your chest.
- Another piece can also be randomly found in the Redcliffe Castle Vault in the chest where you find Eamon's Shield.
Note: Save on the Main Floor just before the stairs to the Upper Floor, in order to make repeated attempts at the chest containing Eamon's Shield, and possibly the Commander's Plate Boots.
- These boots can also be found in a chest near Habren in the Denerim Market District.
