- During A Warden's Best Friend, in a map-marked chest in the Griffon Ruins. The chest is found directly before the lift up to the aerie.
- During The Siege of Weisshaupt, in a map-marked chest behind a gate in the Library West Wing.
- Grey Wardens faction shop: Rank 3.
- During The Profane and the Lost, in a map-marked chest at Garahel's Point that is near the ladder deployed by destroying a blight boil.
