Acquisition

This maul can be bought from Gorim in the Denerim Market District. Only available after completing three main quests after Lothering.

Notes

• Unlike most other mauls in the game, the bonus damage stat on this weapon puts its damage in line with the higher-level two-handed swords, which when combined with its excellent armor penetration, strength modifier, and other stats makes this a very desirable weapon.

• Due to the different damage scaling for two-handed weapons on the console versions of the game, the damage value present in-game is 12.80 and not 14.40, as indicated in this article. The latter is specific to the PC.
