Cailan's Arms is an item set in Dragon Age: Origins. It requires the Return to Ostagar DLC. These are the weapons borne by King Cailan Theirin, leader of the forces at Ostagar where he was killed by the Darkspawn.

The incredible stamina regen provided by this set makes it ideal for an Arcane Warrior as it completely counters the drain of many higher-level sustained abilities such as Haste and partially offsets even Shimmering Shield. This is aided further by the regen bonus granted when a character is nearly out of mana. Further, the donning of Cailan's entire armor set provides a reduction in fatigue, reducing the fatigue penalty from wearing this armor to only around 10%.
