Byron is a character in Dragon Age: Dawn of the Seeker. Byron is a member of the Seekers of Truth and Cassandra Pentaghast's mentor. Although he's harsh with his training, Byron treats and cares for Cassandra like she was his own daughter.
Byron is a great Seeker, and Seekers are trained to suspect everyone. They must remain ever vigilant to rout out corruption and protect the Chantry.[1]
Involvement
After Cassandra rescues Avexis she is taken back to a Templar stronghold. However, late one night Byron takes Avexis from her cell. This is overseen by Cassandra who pursues him as he exits into the woods. When she catches up to him, he reveals his fear of a conspiracy within the Chantry. Because of this, he wants to get to Avexis to safety by taking her to a trusted friend. However, before he can do this, he and Cassandra are surrounded by a group of blood mages and Byron is killed.
