Bring Me the Heart of Snow White is a side quest in Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Acquisition
Vivienne requests that you find and kill a snowy white wyvern and bring her its heart.
Walkthrough
This quest can be completed in the northern section of the Exalted Plains. There are two possible ways to complete this quest, but both require that you discover and then complete an operation in order to unlock access to the appropriate area.
Upon unlocking the area, when you first pass through the newly opened tunnel, you will be given a quest to clear a group of wyverns from the camp site in order to claim it. You may collect the hearts from these and return them to Vivienne instead. If you choose to collect the heart of the snowy wyvern, continue north until you enter the quest's marked area.
Be cautious, because it prowls near the dragon of the Exalted Plains. You don't have to fight the dragon in order to get to the wyvern, but be careful not to wander to close to the dragon accidentally while searching for it.
Upon returning to Skyhold, hand in the quest to Vivienne. If you have both types of hearts, you are allowed to choose, during the conversation, to give her whichever one you want.
