It is found in the locked Liquor Cabinet in the kitchen.
Involvement[]
You can spike it with Rat Poison (or Cleanser, if playing as a male City Elf) and serve it to the off-duty guards in the estate dining hall (provided you change out of your bloody clothes and unequip your weapon) to kill them.
