Brand is an elven pirate crewing with Isabela while she was the captain of Siren's Call as well as during the events of Dragon Age: Those Who Speak and Dragon Age: Until We Sleep. He appears to be a first mate upon her ship.
Background[]
Along with Isabela, he and the rest of her crew are taken captive by Qunari on the way to Seheron, and choose to fight them rather than submit to conversion.
Brand also served with Isabela while transporting elven slaves on behalf of the Felicisima Armada to Tevinter Imperium.
