The Blackstone Liaison is the contact representative for The Blackstone Irregulars mercenary company.
Involvement[]
When initially spoken to, he will present a letter from Raelnor Hawkwind and later on, he rewards the Warden for completing quests for the Irregulars.
The exact locations in which the Blackstone Liaison can be spoken to are:
Gnawed Noble Tavern - Denerim Market District- Dane's Refuge - Lothering
Redcliffe Village - On the steps outside the Redcliffe chantry
