Background

When approaching the door of this house, The Warden sees the door is locked. He can either intimidate Owen to open it, pick the lock or break down the door. Once inside there is Owen who is clearly drunk.

Owen (Human,Normal) (Level 10 Max) After killing him you can loot his key.

Containers

In the corner by the door, there is a box, under which lies a trap door. When opening the trap door, Owen will come over and initiate a dialogue saying that he's hidden a few things, and he'll unlock the trap door for you. You can collect the items and even sell them straight back to him if you want.
