Binde and her fellow Veil Jumpers (Strife, Irelin, and Tist) encounter Viscount Varric Tethras and Scout Lace Harding at the entrance of Arlathan Forest in order to uncover why they encroach upon the forest. Binde corrects Varric's preconception about all Veil Jumpers being Dalishelves.
