Early in the game, Bhelen will tell the Warden that his elder brother [[Trian]] is after his life, as he fears that the Warden's rapid rise through the ranks could threaten his ascendancy to the throne. It will appear that Bhelen is speaking the truth about this, as some [[dwarves]] appearing to serve [[Trian]] will ambush the Dwarf Noble at one point. If the Warden tells Bhelen that "Trian must die", then upon leaving the Aeducan Thaig they will find Trian waiting and kill him. If they tell Bhelen they will wait and see what Trian does, he will be lying dead when they arrive at the crossroads. Bhelen arrives with King Endrin shortly after the Warden examines the body and both the scout and Frandlin Ivo give damning testimony, regardless of the Wardens actions.

Bhelen is a member of the Council of Dwarves and the third son of the king. The Dwarf Noble Warden will be especially involved with him.

Background

Third of King Endrin's children, Bhelen has always been considered the last and least important of his family. Not the heir, nor the favourite, and not as accomplished as either sibling, Bhelen's most notable trait was his ability to stay out of trouble.
