Lord Berand is a young noble, and one of the Winterwatch Tower cultists.
Background[]
Berand currently resides at the Winterwatch Tower in the Hinterlands within the Arling of Redcliffe. He has joined an Andrastian cult which believes the Breach is a sign to the Maker's faithful; and is awaiting for the arrival of his lover, Vellina, to join him at the tower.
Involvement[]
However, Vellina did not survive the journey to the mountain keep. Her body can be found by the Herald, along with a letter written by Berand asking her to come to him there.
Berand can be recruited into the Inquisition after notifying him of Vellena's death. He can become an agent either for:
