This quest ends at the same place it begins. After speaking to the Private at Vigil's Keep, you will receive Lord Bensely's letter and a reward.
If you save her, the letter reads:
Commander,
I write to you with a full heart. My beloved Eileen speaks endlessly of your prowess and ample virtues. Please accept these sovereigns in gratitude for your assistance.

If you fail to save her but kill the bandits, the letter reads:
Commander,
My squire has informed me that Mosley the Snake’s reign has ended. I had little hope that my daughter would survive in his hands. You have my eternal thanks that justice has been served.
