Bastion of the Pure is an incredibly rich lyrium node far beneath the Deep Roads, currently occupied by the Sha-Brytol.
Background
According to Valta, this area has not been discovered before. Therefore, not much is known beyond what the Inquisitor sees and does. This place is filled with untapped lyrium veins and Shal-Brytol.
A statue of Mythal lies broken in the caverns, which indicates that ancient elves once mined lyrium there similar to the section of the Deep Roads discovered in 9:44 Dragon.[1]
Involvement
The Inquisitor follows Valta through the bastion in hopes of discovering the source of the earthquakes.
