Acquisition

• Nilo in Dock Town.
• In a small chest during Shadows of Minrathous. It's in the warehouse, located on the middle floor near the stairs.
• Wisp merchant substituting for the Shadow Dragons faction shop, if Minrathous was not saved.
• In a small chest in Aula's Lookout (south of the Catacombs) in Dock Town. This area is visited during the quest Out of Tune.
• During The Soul of a City in Dock Town, found in a small chest in the Waterworks, behind the red crystal barrier guarded by the blood forge. This quest is available only if Minrathous was saved.
