Armor of the Fallen is an armor set for warriors in Dragon Age II.

Acquisition

The boots, gauntlets, and helm must be obtained during Act 1 before embarking on the Deep Roads Expedition. The chestpiece is acquired during the expedition.

Boots of the Fallen – Found a chest in the Undercity Warrens during the quest Shepherding Wolves.

Gauntlets of the Fallen – Found in a pile of rubble immediately to the right upon entering Sundermount Caverns, during or after the quest Long Way Home.

Helmet of the Fallen – Looted from the corpse of Tarohne during the quest Enemies Among Us.

Warplate of the Fallen – Looted from the corpse of a dragon in the Deep Roads during the quest The Deep Roads Expedition.

If Sophia Dryden was not killed in Dragon Age: Origins (Warden's Keep DLC), she makes a cameo appearance in Dragon Age II during the Act 1 quest Terror on the Coast wearing this armor set (without the helmet).

The Legend

In the Free Marches the Fallen were a carde of knights from various Marcher cities that formed to fight the growing power of Orlais in the Exalted Age. To the Marchers they were heroes that fought for freedom and autonomy. Most of the Faleen died on the fields of Ghislain in 5:40 Exalted, defending the newly crowned king Tylus of Nevarra form Orlesian attack. They held their line against a mounted chevalier charge, managing to keep Tylus alive long enough to retreat-and are credit with Nevarra's continued indepedence everywhere ouside Nevara itself.
