Antivenom Requisition on the Coast is a repeatable side quest in Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Inquisition forces on the coast need antivenom to cope with a persistent spider infestation.

Acquisition

Speak to a requisition officer at one of the Inquisition camps in the Storm Coast.

Walkthrough

Gather the necessary items: Elfroot (10)
Spider Ichor (5) Return to any of the requisition tables and craft the item "Antivenom".

Note: Spider ichor drops from the giant spiders who can spawn in any cave in the Storm Coast but also consistently spawn near Lyrium Falls.
