Speak to a requisition officer at one of the Inquisition camps on the Storm Coast.
Walkthrough[]
Gather the necessary items:
Elfroot (10)
Spider Ichor (5)
Return to any of the requisition tables and craft the item "Antivenom".

- Power 1

- Spider Ichor can be looted from Giant spiders residing in caverns scattered across the Storm Coast.
- Keeping the requisition active in the journal will allow the player to find an abundance of Spider Ichor.Note: The items must still however be turned in one at a time.
