Andrea is a sister of the Chantry. Her specialty is in record keeping and scholarly research. Andrea can be found on the upper walkway of Val Royeaux's Summer Bazaar (on the eastern side of the level's lower ring).
Involvement[]
A scroll found by the Inquisitor in Din'an Hanin gives an account of the events leading up to the Exalted Marches. As it contains contentious information, it's an item sought after both by the Chantry and the Dalish. If the Inquisitor chooses to sell the scroll to the Chantry, they do so via Sister Andrea in Val Royeaux.
