It is located in an Ancient Dwarven Crate at Kal'Hirol - to the right after crossing the first bridge.
Notes
- The boots can be fixed at the forge in Kal'Hirol's trade quarter, and turned into Greaves of Hirol's Defense, which is part of the Hirol's Defense armor set.
