An Offer from the Blades of Hessarian is a war table operation in Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Acquisition

The Blades of Hessarian must be recruited as an agent in the quest Cleaning House, as well as having an Inquisition level of 4 or more.

The Blades of Hessarian keep supplies along the shore. Consider them at your disposal. Our former leader increased our caches significantly—although some consider his methods dishonorable.
