Agents

Throughout their journey, the Inquisitor has the opportunity to recruit several agents to work for the Inquisition. Many of them can be missed and some might disappear if they are not recruited immediately.

Once they have been recruited, they will work for Cullen, Josephine, or Leliana and provide additional perks. Once assigned to an advisor, they will reduce the time it takes for them to complete war table missions by five percent.

On some occasions other than the ones listed here, the graphic "Agent Acquired" may show but a new agent will not be added to the Perks list. However influence will still be gained from these other instances.

Agent Locations

Crestwood

Jana	After the encounter with the Grey Wardens near the entrance, go to the nearby house to find Jana. Solas can convince her to join the Inquisition instead of the Grey Wardens. Similarly, the Inquisitor can choose an alternate conversation option if he/she has the Nobility Knowledge Inquisition perk and Jana will be recruited. If she is not in her home, she can be found at the top of the stairs near the Mayor of Crestwood's house. Emerald Graves

Fairbanks	Complete Noble Deeds, Noble Heart and Victims of War then speak with Fairbanks to recruit him.	Connections

Sky Watcher	Talk to him after dealing with a Fade rift, and then you will have the opportunity to have him join after completing Lost Souls. Grants 100 Influence and 1 Power.	Connections

Helsdim Rolfsen	After completing They Came From Somewhere Else, Trader Helsdin can be asked to join the Inquisition as an agent.	Secrets

Storvacker	After completing Storvacker Caged and Hakkon Wintersbreath, Storvacker can be judged by interacting with her. During this judgment, Storvacker can be recruited as an agent.	Forces

Hinterlands

Clemence	Speak to him at the Gull and Lantern in Redcliffe Village during In Hushed Whispers. Additional rewards: 44 XP, 40 Influence. Unavailable for recruitment if Champions of the Just is completed before entering Redcliffe.	Forces
Master Dennet	Complete Master of Horses and then use Cassandra, Dorian, Vivienne, or the History/Underworld Knowledge Inquisition perk to convince him to join.	Inquisition
Enchanter Ellandra	Talk to her after completing My Lover's Phylactery. Mage Trevelyan, Vivenne, or the Arcane Knowledge perk required. She will also join the Inquisition if you sided with the templars.	Connections
Ritts	After rescuing her during Strange Bedfellows, but before turning in the quest, she can be convinced to join by a dwarf Inquisitor, Varric, or by the Underworld Knowledge perk. It is possible to encounter and recruit Ritts before obtaining the related quest.	Secrets
Tanner	Once Business Arrangements is completed, Cassandra, Varric or an Inquisitor with the Underworld Knowledge perk can get her to join.	Secrets
Vale’s Irregulars	To recruit Vale’s Irregulars the Inquisitor needs to help the refugees at the Crossroads by completing East Road Bandits, Templars to the West, Hunger Pangs, In the Elements, Apostates in Witchwood, and A Healing Hand. They then need to ask Corporal Vale to "Recruit Skilled Refugees". Note: Templars to the West and Apostates in Witchwood need not be completed if either In Hushed Whispers or Champions of the Just is completed first.	Forces

Skyhold judgments

Gereon Alexius	If Alexius survived the events at Redcliffe, he can be judged at Skyhold. If the Inquisitor sentences him to research magic for the Inquisition he becomes an agent.	Secrets
Florianne de Chalons	If Florianne does not survive, the Inquisitor can judge her remains. Sentencing them to community service makes her an agent. Note: If Florianne survives and the Inquisitor has the Nobility Knowledge perk, she can be recruited so Josephine can put her guile to use for the Inquisition. However, though the game states "Agent Acquired", Florianne does not appear in the Inquisition perk list and does not affect advisor war table operation completion times.	Connections
Movran the Under	Upon completing Lost Souls, Movran will attack Skyhold with a goat in retaliation for his son's death. The Inquisitor can choose to arm and exile the chief and his clan to Tevinter, making them an agent. Alternately he can be conscripted to the Inquisition under the care of Abernache, if the latter survived the events of Champions of the Just.	Forces
Servis	If Servis is allowed to live in the Western Approach, the Inquisitor can pass judgement on him. Choosing to make him an informant result in him becoming an agent. (You must have the "Underworld Knowledge" perk in order to recruit Servis).	Secrets

Storm Coast

Blades of Hessarian	To recruit the Blades, you must first craft and equip Mercy's Crest which will allow you free passage to challenge their leader. Once he is defeated, the mercenaries will join the Inquisition.	Forces

Val Royeaux

Belle	After speaking with Revered Mother Hevara and the clerics during The Threat Remains, the Inquisitor can speak to the merchant, Belle. She expresses her wish to join the Inquisition and if the Inquisitor accepts her offer she becomes an agent. You also gain 50 Influence and 1 Power. Note: Belle will disappear if you speak with Fiona before her.	Connections
