A Time to Kill is a side quest in Dragon Age: The Veilguard.
Acquisition[]
This quest is available after completing the main quest For the Love of Treviso, and is acquired by speaking to Teia and Viago in the Cantori Diamond.
Walkthrough[]
When Governor Ivenci escalates their plans for Treviso, the Crows need the Help of their allies to stop them once and for all.
Rewards[]
Completing the quest yields:
- 3000 XP
- 350 Antivan Crows strength
- Contoured Skirmish Jacket (medium armor, given only if Rook has an Antivan Crows background)
Results[]
The Antivan Crows need to deal with the traitor who leashed their city: Governor Ivenci, who now openly controls the Antaam. If the team doesn't help the Crows stop Ivenci, life under the occupation will grow even worse.
If Ivenci is kept alive to face trial:
The team defeated Ivenci, who will be jailed as they await a trial that will reveal their betrayal and attempt to use qamek on Treviso. Meanwhile, the Crows welcomed a new dawn by making Jacobus a full-fledged Antivan Crow. Now going by Jacobus Egrativi, his new house will gather those who have lost family to the occupation, and help forge a future for all Trevisans.
If Ivenci is killed:
Ivenci has been defeated, freeing Treviso from the corrupt governor.
If Treviso was not saved:
Jacobus the fledgling fell to the blight in Treviso, but not before using the last of his wits to lead darkspawn into the garrison, which overran Ivenci's Antaam and blighted the governor. The team put Jocubus to rest, then rushed to stop a despondent Ivenci from unleashing qamek on the city. With them dead, Treviso can finally move forward without being manipulated by one of its own.
Notable loot[]
- The reward chest accessible after defeating Ivenci yields Orchestrator's Long Coat (light armor)
