Finding a Ship in a Bottle in Smuggler's Cut during Blackpowder Courtesy will trigger the quest.

Head to the Hanged Man in Lowtown to give it Isabela.

When over %50 Friendship:
- "The best thing is below decks." (Flirt)
Isabela: friendship (+10) - "It reminded me of you." Isabela: friendship (+10)
- "Cute?" Isabela: friendship (+10)
- "It's not cute."
Isabela: friendship (+10)
Note: When given to Isabela with any progress towards rivalry all options lead to +10 rivalry.
