A Puppet Master is a side quest in Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Inquisition agents have lured Carroll, the Red Templar responsible for manipulating the Freemen of the Dales, to the Lion's Pavilion in the Emerald Graves. It's time to finish this.
Acquisition
Obtained upon completion of the war table operation Draw Out the Red Templar Lieutenant which follows the side quest Victims of War.
Walkthrough
Note: There is a chest next to Carroll, can be opened under stealth which disappears after quest completion.
Travel to the Lion's Pavilion in the Emerald Graves and defeat Carroll and his entourage.
