A Murder of Crows is a quest in Act 3 of Dragon Age II wherein a man claiming to be an Antivan noble tells you that he is pursuing a dangerous assassin. He says he has been attempting to bring the criminal to justice but that his quest has become personal since the man has killed several of his subordinates. When asked why he has come to you for help, he says that the assassin is an elf and is blending in with the nearby Dalish tribe so he needs someone more familiar with the Dalish to track him down.

Upon ascending the Sundermount and fighting a Varterral you come across the assassin -- it's Zevran! You can choose to take him in or let him go; in the process, you can flirt with him. If you let him go, he runs off; there should be a new camp on the marshes map. Go there, the man who "hired" you attacks you and Zevran shows back up to help you fight him off.

Helping Zevan will cause him to return the favour by assisting in your battle against Meredith.

Note

If you have Isabela in your group and allow Zevran to go, she asks him for sex before he takes off. Zevran will agree and you are given the option to join them for a threesome and Zevran will comment "The more the merrier". If Aveline is in your party, she will say that she just threw up in her mouth a little. Not sure what other party members say if you choose this option.

Bugs/Glitches

Having Isabella in the party will trigger additional conversations. However, when you go to the Crows' camp, after the battle, same dialogues will trigger, and even though the quest is saying that Crows are defeated, it'll stay as active. - Need confirmation if Isabella is the cause or not.

Having Isabela in my party did not cause the quest to stay active for me on PS3. I never recruited Isabela, So it can't be the cause on the PC.
