A City Blighted is a side quest in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. This quest is available only if Rook chose to save Minrathous instead of Treviso.
Acquisition[]
After completing On Blighted Wings, speak to Chance Candide in the Crows' HQ. He will ask you to clear out areas where the blight is most.
Walkthrough[]
Treviso was ravaged by a dragon, and the Crows need help dealing with blight left in its wake.
Clear blight from Treviso[]
Make your way to the waypoint in central Treviso. There you will fine blight boils and darkspawn. Kill the darkspawn and destroy the blight boils.
Destroy the central blight boil and a darkspawn will jump out. Reinforcements will also come. Destroy all the darkspawn.
Investigate the darkspawn corpse. Rook will comment on the darkspawn wearing a necklace and say they should show it to Chance. This completes this quest.
Talking to Chance again is not required to complete this quest but doing so will start the quest 'Missing in Action'.

Results[]
The dragon sent by the gods spread blight across Treviso. The Crows have asked the team for help pushing back the worst of the infection, before it spreads further.

The team successfully destroyed a portion of the blight in Treviso. Unfortunately, their triumph was short-lived: they were attached by a strange darkspawn wearing an Antivan Crow pendant, an ominous sign of the blight's long reach.
