@Zakkarius I knew Inquisition takes place late in one year and the rest in another. 9:42 is the date we get at Skyhold so that's what I rounded it out too. As for the 4 years-ish it's from 9:37 the last year we know for a fact the Warden-Commander of Ferelden was there. We don't know when they left exactly you're right that they more than likely left closer to the beginning of Inquisition rather than the end of 2 but we don't know for certain.
The Wardens love their secrets you're wrong if you think Leliana and her spies know everything about them or where they go.
"He's asked to explore the Primeval Thaig by the First Warden in the Anderfels."
That's called being ordered on an assignment in the Free Marches where he will be stationed for months or even years to investigate...I don't understand how you have trouble understanding this? We KNOW the Wardens are still in the Kirkwall area after the events of Inquisition as well given the Vimmark Fortress is being stationed with Wardens in Trespasser's events. He's a Grey Warden being tasked to a mission in those lands where he will have to live and work in for that period...That's called being stationed there.
Nathaniel wouldn't show up in Inquisition because he's either in the Free Marches still investigating or he's at Weisshaupt presenting his findings. Or he's even working with the Awakened Darkspawn for some reason. Nowhere in Ferelden or Orlais that is for certain.
Velanna isn't there because she's either dead or left the Wardens to join her sister with the Awakened or she's stationed somewhere else.
Sigrun literally heads into the Deep Roads if she was still alive in order to find a good death...She's dead no matter what.
Justice and Anders are either dead or in hiding more than likely in the north.
Oghren is the ONLY Awakening companion not accounted for...He very well could be stationed somewhere else or even dead to explain his lack of appearance or he even decided to stay at the Vigil despite the Fake Calling because he's not afraid of dying. Perhaps he even left with The Warden to search for the Cure because they're close allies.
So none of them show up in Inquisition's events because they weren't in Ferelden is my point here.
Loghain is hated by Orlais too you know...The Wardens still assigned him there but he was recruited by the Ferelden Order and indeed worked in their ranks for months before he was transferred. Grey Wardens can in fact be assigned to other nations they're not restricted to their "home" state unless it's for personal reasons.
The Warden-Commanders do have power over all Wardens in their lands but they're still MEANT to answer to the First Warden if they come calling. The First Warden is the Official Leader...That doesn't mean the other Wardens turn to him when there's trouble. They'll turn to the people really in charge over the region. It's quite obvious Clarel chose not to contact the First for whatever reason instead choosing to work with the Tevinters that came offering "help" and all the fellow Wardens followed her lead given she's their only REAL leader in their eyes.
"The Storm Coast has nothing to do with Orlais, The False Calling, etc. The Wardens you meet in Ferelden from Orlais are most likely ones who are part of the demon ritual that bind them completely to Corypheus' will."
Wrong they never claimed they were from Orlais and no they had their minds you can tell with what's written down the person that did it was a person with their own thoughts. They were ordered by Clarel to look for the "Rogue Warden" just like the guys in Crestwood...Of which once again didn't claim they were from Orlais simply ordered by Clarel. Which I already told you why that doesn't indicate where they're from...They very well could be Ferelden Wardens in fact that would make the most logical sense to send the people familiar with the areas to search.
The Warden-Commander of Ferelden was gone at the time for quite awhile too. The First Warden isn't sending orders. The companions from Awakening are gone for this and that reason. There's no leadership in Ferelden at the moment so they turn to Clarel for answers/orders it's not hard to understand. The Ferelden Wardens were affected by the Fake Calling they joined up with the Orlesian Wardens at Adamant simple logic.
