My Inky went with Redeem. He is sure that Solas was never really deceiving and during the time working with him and becoming fast friends and respected allies, That Solas is no real monster. He is not out to kill anyone he is a wolf without a pack and the Inquisitor hopes to show him that his pack is worthy to be apart of
Considering that the entire world is at stake, I don't think it's worth the risk to try to redeem Solas.
Stop at all costs.
He just resurfaced after 2 years of being missing and declared that he wants to destroy the world, kill almost everyone in Thedas, and showed us that he has the means to do it. Why the hell should I attempt to redeem him. Even in real life, if one of my best mates came to me after 2 years of not seeing them and told me that they want to start a war a ruin Earth, I would show no mercy to them and actually take it upon me to stop them personally no matter what.
Unfortunately, There's No (another) chance to hit him damn his face is so good for punching.
No seriously, He was one of our companion, He helped the inquisition, Either you're his friend or Not the story tell us that he has a fair place in the history of the inquisition.
Redeem or Stop Solas is the same, Both choices lead you to stop him of course, Friend or Not, If there's a choice to change his mine without bloodshed so that will be my choice, But, BUT, If there will be HEADACHE then I guess there'll be more aggressive choice against him.
Finally, I always redeem Solas, FOR NOW ......
Reedem, as a friend or a lover, I always reedem him. The end of trespasser was woooow. He's not a evil guy, he really thinks his doing the right thing. I'm still not sure it's not the case so.
We have few informations on what Solas will really do. Really hard to take position for me. Also depending on your own RP.
I'm a pacifist -well, most of the time- so if there is a way to reason with him, I'll take it.
Despite his stated intentions, Solas is a man who appreciates consideration and logic. He is also a very powerful mage who knows a great deal about ancient magic and history. It should be worth trying to redeem him, but if he absolutely cannot be swayed from his destructive course, then he can and will be sacrificed to save everybody else (if this story is written well).
Mans only Humans.
What do you think?
