Is that a Mythal's statue at the fade, And why there?
Objects in the Fade are created either by dreamers or spirits, both of whom base their creations on something from the physical world. That section of the Fade is controlled by Nightmare. For whatever reason, Nightmare appears to have created a kind of warped version of the ruins if the Temple of Sacred Ashes. That temple was likely originally created by the elves and repurposed by Andraste's followers centuries later. Hence, the statue.

Yes, She's as you mentioned at the temple of sacred ashes, Her temple, The fade, The deep roads and I wont be surprised if she's at the deserts.
Well, she is a goddess. They tend to have a big impact on the world.
If you ask some fans, "false gods!!!!!!!11" is a more appropriate term. I don't care. Of course she's everywhere. As far as I'm concerned, Mythal is pretty close to being "the Maker". :P

There's, Characters or creatures that are BioWare pets, Solas is BioWare's boy, Also Flemeth, Spiders.
^Flemythal has always been important to the series. She's one of the few characters that's in all three games. And basically every franchise has at least one character like that. I don't see what the problem is.
^^There's no such thing as a false god. Anything can be a god. Therefore, everything that is called a god is a god. Generally people who call the Evanuris "false gods" are confusing the terms god and deity.

Yeah you right, Thankfully Solas has killed or slain or ended her, Hope we don't see her again in the future.
Flemeth's been dead before. I should know, I really tried hacking her dragon head off so I could bring her skull to the Landsmeet as a trophy.
I still have no idea how Keran/OGB figures into it though.
^ I'm also curious on how the OGB will play into the next game, if he will at all.
What do you think?
